Send it in — we’ll handle the rest. We price it, list it, sell it, and ship it so you can turn your wigs into cash or store credit with ease.

How It Works

  1. Mail your wigs to our intake address below and keep your tracking number.

  2. Complete the Consignment Form (link at the bottom of this page) once your package has been shipped.

  3. We evaluate, price, and list your wigs on our Encore Edition website. Some pieces may also be featured during live sales.

  4. You get paid — either in cash through PayPal or in store credit to use toward your next wig.

We guarantee every wig will be listed on the Encore Edition website and eligible for live features, but we cannot guarantee repeated live showings.

Accepted Wigs

Encore Edition currently accepts:

  • Luxury monofilament synthetic wigs

  • Human hair wigs

  • Basic lace front wigs with lace parting

⚠️ Important: If wigs do not meet these requirements, they will either be:

  • Returned to you at your expense (exact shipping cost + $10 admin fee), or

  • Donated (if you select that option below).

✨ Condition Matters
Let’s keep it real, Queen: if you wouldn’t buy the wig in the condition you’re sending it, nobody else will either.
Items must come from a clean home, free of smoke, pet hair, strong odors, or any “what is that smell?” situations. Wigs should be gently worn, fresh, and sale-ready. We’re not messing around here — if it’s funky, frayed, or looks like it’s been through a wind tunnel, it’s not going to make the cut.

Pricing & Payouts

Encore Edition will price your wigs based on current market value, style demand, and condition.

  • Commission: Encore Edition keeps 55% of the final sale price.

  • Cash Payout: You receive 45% via PayPal, issued within 30 days of the sale.

  • Store Credit: You receive 55% in Encore Edition store credit, valid on the Encore Edition website only.

Tax Information (Cash Payouts Only)

If your cash payouts total more than $600 in a calendar year, you are required to submit a W-9 form.
Encore Edition will issue a 1099 for tax purposes, and no payments over the $600 threshold will be sent until your W-9 is received.

Unsold Items

We do not place a strict time limit on your listings. Your wigs will remain on the Encore Edition website and may be featured during live sales.

You’ll choose your preference on the form:

  • Return to me (shipping + $10 admin fee)

  • Donate my items

  • Keep featuring until [your chosen timeframe], then return (shipping + $10 admin fee)

Condition & Packaging Guidelines

  • Wigs should arrive brushed, clean, and ready for intake.

  • Include original packaging, tags, or color cards if available.

  • Include your tracking number when completing the online form.

Information You’ll Need for the Form

When filling out the form, please have the following ready:

  • Your full contact details and tracking number

  • Your preferred handling of unsold items

  • Your payment preference (PayPal or store credit)

  • Tax acknowledgment for payouts over $600

  • A detailed list of each wig you’re sending

List each wig on its own line using this format:
Brand/Style – Color – Cap Type – Condition – Est. Original Price – Qty
Example: Aurora – Mocha Frost – Lace front/mono top – Gently worn – $379 – 1

Agreement Highlights

By consigning with Encore Edition, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of these wigs and they are authentic.

  • You authorize Encore Edition to price, list, sell, and ship your wigs.

  • You understand Encore retains 55% of the final sale price.

  • You will receive 45% via PayPal (within 30 days of sale) or 55% in store credit (valid on the Encore Edition website).

  • If you exceed $600 in cash payouts within one calendar year, you will submit a W-9 form. No payments over that threshold will be released until received.

  • Items that don’t meet acceptance or condition standards may be returned at your expense or donated.

  • No local drop-offs. Mail-in only. Encore Edition is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
